Clear Path Care Management was built from personal experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of what families truly need during difficult caregiving journeys.
Founder and lead care manager Cynthia Minor stepped into caregiving after her mother’s health began to decline following the loss of her father. As her mother faced repeated hospital stays and treatments, Cynthia became her advocate, caregiver, coordinator, and companion while balancing work and school. Those experiences shaped Cynthia’s belief that compassionate care should support the whole person — not just their medical needs.
This philosophy is what sets Clear Path Care Management apart.
Today, Clear Path combines professional expertise in gerontology, memory care, and residential care administration with genuine empathy and personalized support. Cynthia’s goal as a care manager is to help clients maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own familiar environments whenever possible — preserving dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life every step of the way.
